Each individual may hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify bee999 support immediately. bee999 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
Account balances are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) for the convenience of Pakistani users. The underlying processing currency may differ; PKR figures are indicative display values based on applicable exchange rates. bee999 reserves the right to adjust display values in line with current exchange rates at any time.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. bee999 accepts deposits through payment methods listed in the cashier at the time of deposit. If your Account remains inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a consecutive period as specified in the cashier terms, bee999 may classify it as dormant. Administrative fees as stated in the cashier terms may apply to dormant accounts. You will receive advance notice before any dormancy fee is applied.

Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports), expiry dates and maximum win caps. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must be staked a total of PKR 150,000 across eligible games before the bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Real-money funds in your Account are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard verification.
You are never obligated to accept a bonus. If you wish to make a deposit without claiming any bonus, you may do so by declining the offer in the cashier. Once a bonus has been credited to your Account and you have placed any wager using those funds, the bonus terms apply and the bonus cannot be reversed.

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including event cancellation, abandonment before a market settlement point is reached, a clear and manifest pricing error, or where the integrity of an event is under investigation by a competent sporting authority. Voided bets are returned to your Account balance at the original stake.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting bee999 support. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited.
